The signal fault on the train network 2 days ago caused huge chaos and paralyzed the whole transport system, forcing commuters to rush for alternative transport system. Now the fault was temporarily fixed, but questions remained whether MTR had identified the real issue and put in place measures to rectify the situation, and whether MTR would be penalized for it. Our Hong Kong correspondent, Cheung Mo Ching, reports.
