隨著有越來越多『嬰兒潮』一代達至退休年齡, 許好多家庭可能需要面對一些年長家庭成員與他們一起生活,但由於這一代的長者一般曾經受過教育,有些時候會令他們與家人相處時比較有自己主見而造成衝突,要如何化解與家人的衝突,的確是一種學問。最近Relationships Australia 這個組織為了幫助長者與他們的家人化解衝突, 就開展了一個名為 『Let's Talk』的新計劃, 鄺美玲訪問了該組織的家庭糾紛調解員鍾秀雯和長者調解員謝美儀為大家介紹這個新計劃的內容。
