Talkback: what services can we expect with retirement villages?

NSW Fair Trading will hold a number of community forums to allow members of the public to have their say about the retirement village sector in NSW as part of a NSW Government inquiry into retirement villages, announced on 30 July 2017. In view of some bad news reviewing services of some retirement villages, Ivan, Selina and Vicky from NSW Fair Trading will ask our audiences what are their views on the services quality provided by retirement villages and do they think whether the current regulations can protect their families members rights in using retirement villages?
