排在排行榜首八名的区域，其中有七区属于新州。

维州 Toorak 排在全国第七，楼价中位数为 425 万。

其余的区域均来自新州，包括 Darling Point、Box Hill、Bellevue Hill、Vaucluse、Cremorne Point 及 Whale Beach。

其中 Whale Beach 的楼价比五年前上升超过 115%。

1. Point Piper（新州）：1300 万澳元
2. Darling Point（新州）：550 万澳元
3. Box Hill（新州）：543 万澳元
4. Bellevue Hill（新州）：478 万澳元
