现行戒烟运动的漏洞要堵：维州烟民每年花费政府38亿！

维州的烟民有70多万，一年给该州带来38亿元的支出。 　 The Quit Victoria-led campaign aims to reduce the daily smoking rate to 5 per cent by 2025.

为此，维州戒烟机构计划推出一个新的运动，以便到2025年，将吸烟率减少5%。

该机构的负责人说，现行的戒烟运动还有很多漏洞，比如，在酒吧空旷地依然可以抽烟。
