梁振英 UGL 事件，起源于 2014 年 10 月上旬香港雨伞革命期间，有澳洲传媒报导，当时担任香港特首的梁振英，在 2011 年参选特首之后，仍然以戴德梁行董事的身份，与澳洲企业签订秘密协议，提供不同的服务，分两年收取 400 万英镑折合约港币 5,000 万元。而他在收款的时候，已经上任特首。
