Take it easy，你大概经常听到这个说法吧？字面意思好像是说你要轻轻的拿起什么东西。
但实际上，take it easy 的意思是说放轻松、淡定 ，尤其是在对方看起来压力很大很紧张的时候。
举个例子，有人正在找钥匙，他看起来有点着急，这时候你就可以说：
- Take it easy. I'm sure we'll find them. I'll help you look for them.
或者有人因为同事忘了做一件事而生气，你可以说：
- Take it easy. I'm sure they'll do it tomorrow.
Take it easy还有另一个常见的用法，那就是表示别太拼，别太辛苦了。比如，你朋友正在火急火燎的赶工作进度，你可以说：
- Take it easy! There's no rush.
或者你的同事这周非常辛苦，当他周五下班时，你可以对他说：
- Take it easy this weekend. You deserve it!
有人生病时：
- Take it easy for the next few days and get some rest.
这句话也可以用作一种亲切的告别方式：
- See you tomorrow. Take it easy!
有时候，它也可以表示 什么都不做，正在享受发呆：
- My dog takes it easy all day—just sleeps in the sun.
