澳洲儲備銀行公佈全新設計的50澳元

澳洲儲備銀行今日（星期四）公佈50澳元鈔票的新設計，今年十月將正式發行。

除了設計更新外，新鈔的安全功能亦同時升級。

而為更方便視障人士辦認及使用，新鈔的四角將會有四個突出記號以作記認。

而五十元的新鈔，將保持用黃色做主色，亦因而被冠以「菠蘿」（pineapple）的花名。

與目前的設計一樣，新鈔會沿用澳洲首位原住民出版作家David Unaipon和澳洲議會第一位女議員Edith Cowan的頭像。
