維州工黨連任，帶娃家庭可期的福利有哪些？

免費的TAFE幼教課程、免費的學生牙科檢查、低價的人工受孕治療診所……連任的維州工黨政府曾提出了一系列惠及有娃家庭的福利。

上週六以壓倒性勝利贏得連任的維州工黨政府在競選時曾提出了一系列計劃，除了公眾關注的基礎設施投入外，還有針對兒童及其家庭的一些福利。

具體包括：

1.與聯邦工黨承諾一起為3歲兒童提供每週15小時的幼兒園（kindergarten）補助（目前這一補助只面向4歲兒童）；

2.TAFE的兩個幼教相關專業課程將免費，以培養更多的幼教工作者滿足3歲年齡段幼兒園項目的需求，投入2700萬澳元提供8000個大學獎學金，惠及那些希望成為幼兒園教師的學生；

3.公立學校的孩子將可穫得免費的牙科檢查，將為每個家庭每年節省約400澳元；

4.初次噹父母的家庭出院時將穫得價值約150澳元的嬰兒用品，每年約有35000名新手爸媽從中穫益，併承諾投資2.32億澳元為育兒家庭提供更好的服務，鼓勵更多僱主提供陪產假；

5.對年齡較長的孩子，公立學校的廁所裡將會有免費的衛生棉條和護墊提供；

6.對於生育困難郤又負擔不起人工受孕的家庭，將在墨爾本和維州偏遠地區開設併運營一批低收費的人工受孕診所；

7.新開100所新學校，17億澳元用於建設和提升幼兒園；
