有專家分析My School的數據，指雪梨部分學費最昂貴的私立學校所獲的政府撥款，加幅是弱勢學校的一倍。
《雪梨晨鋒報》報導，澳洲生產力委員會前經濟學家Trevor Cobbold分析14間私立學校所獲的政府撥款，在2009年至2013年間，每名學生所獲的政府撥款增加23%，同期15所弱勢學校，撥款增幅為11%。
2009年至2013年著名私校撥款加幅:
- Meriden School +29%
- Ravenswood +28%
- St Andrew's Cathedral School +26%
- Aschan +24%
- Kincoppal Rose Bay +24%
- The King's School +24%
- Trinity Grammer +24%
2009年至2013年部分官校撥款加/減幅:
- Punchbowl Boys High School -3%
- Canley Vale High School +2 per cent
- Francis Greenway High School +3
- Chester Hill High School +12%
- Lake Illawarra High School +12%
- Windsor High School +12%
Cobbold表示，並非所有弱勢學校所獲的撥款增幅都少於私校，也有私校的撥款減少，但他認為「整個制度仍存在不公平的現象。」
