香港人開始擔憂負資產

據香港媒體報導，去年最後 5 個月，香港樓價跌約一成，而金管局最新數據顯示，去年第四季香港住宅按揭市場再現負資產，為 2016 年第四季以來首次，共 262 宗，涉資 11.89 億港元。
