An Indigenous Labor senator wants Northern Territory Chief Minister Adam Giles called before the royal commission into the Northern Territory's youth detention system. Opposition Leader Bill Shorten has repeated his call for two Indigenous Australians to preside on the commission alongside the government's appointee Brian Ross Martin.
