A day of mourning has been declared in Bosnia and Herzegovina to mark the 21st anniversary of Europe's worst mass murder since the Second World War, at Srebrenica Thousands of people gathered as 127 newly found victims were buried at the memorial cemetery in nearby Potocari. Survivors and relatives of those who died attended the burial, along with representatives from the United Nations war-crimes tribunal and Bosnian and Turkish officials. Officials from Serbia, which denied the massacre was genocide, were not invited.
