Zemlje OPECa postigle su preliminarnu suglasnost kojom bi ograničili preradu sirove nafte prvi puta nakon globalne financijske krize prije 8 godina.Sporazum je postignut nakon nekoliko sati razgovora u glavnom gradu Alžira, ali on mora biti potvrđen na sastanku OPEC-a u Beču u studenom ove godine.
