Ms. Yanagida was sent to Sydney in March to participate in Hitachi Australia's work training.  While working for the company for a year, Ms Yanagida will play for St George-Sutherland Women's Cricket Club for the next season, which will start in October.

In the audio, Ms. Yanagida tells us how she started playing cricket and the appeal of the sport.  She also explains the role of captain, who has to give commands during a match, unlike baseball which allows the coach to direct the team during a match.
