The "Cafe Beesting" is well known for its long tradition of high quality standard and its coziness. All thanks to owner Alice Aulbach. After nearly 40 years in business, Alice wants to retire now and is trying to find a successor in Graceville. The German community in Brisbane hopes, of course, that the delicious German traditions such as pretzels and black forest cherry cakes, as well as freshly baked dark bread and the eponymous bee sting cake remain. Alice Aulbach, owner of Cafe Beesting, tells us in an interview how to proceed with her business.
