No Dancer greater than Mathavi

Madurai.R. Muralidharan - a Dancer, Singer, Choreographer, Nattuvanar, Composer and a well known guru has choreographed and performed several dance ballets - Silappathikaram, Kanda Puranam, Nandanar Charitham, Ramayanam, Thirukkural, Anarkali, Shri Krishna Leela, Buddha, Navarasa Shiva Shakthi, Shakthi Yugha Prabhavam, Nammalwar, Thirumangai Alwar, Thulukka Nachiyar Sarvam Bramma Mayam, Shri Bhaktha Prahladha Vijayam along with his sister and wife. Currently he is in Sydney getting ready to present Sillapathikaaram, an epic theatre work in ancient Tamil. The production includes local Sydney talent and will be staged on Monday 12th June 2017 at 10.am at Riverside Theatre. Kulasegaram Sanchayan talks to Madurai R Muralidhaan about his production. Also featured is Nadaraja Karunaharan, a local artist, who will also perform in this production.
