Karin Greenslade from the Palatinate region in Germany (where it's known as Pfalz) has just opened a pop-up shop for her stone-baked flatbread, or Flammkuchen in German. We spoke to the Adelaide-based entrepreneur who came to Australia three years ago with her Australian husband John and the their two twins (now aged 13).
