Victor Stefansson is a Tagalaka man from Northern Queensland and practices and shares Traditional Fire Burning with workshops and his knowledge to the community.
 
With strong links to his country he is determined to break the stigma from Western society and says that traditional fire burning is for bio diversity, hazard reduction and our culture revival.
 
Victor recently spoke at the Jumbunna Research & Institute for Sustainable Futures, Equity and Diversity Unit at UTS
