How to collect enough point in order to get an invitation to apply for visa?
There are 5 areas of eligibility that can be helpful:
1. Your occupation should be on the recent and the relevant list of eligible skilled occupations.
If you are ranked high enough and there are places available for your nominated occupation, you will receive an invitation to apply. …and then, you have 60 calendar days to apply for the visa.
2. Age: you must be under 45 - if and when you are invited to apply for the visa.
The younger you are (25-32) the more points you get (points table below).
3. Have a minimum level of Competent English
You must have undertaken the test, no more than 36 months before you are invited to apply for the visa.
Competent English= IELTS 6+ in each component or passport from UK, USA, Ireland, Canada or NZ
Proficient English= IELTS: 7+ in each component
Superior English =IELTS: 8+ in each component

4. You must meet health requirement
You should have any health checks before you apply. You do not need it until you receive an Invitation to apply for the visa.
5. You must be of good character
You might be required to provide a police clearance certificate or other evidence to satisfy the character requirements. In some instances you might also be required to provide personal details to allow additional character checks to be undertaken.
How long it takes to process your visa application?
Processing times of all applications can vary due to individual circumstances.... 8-11 month, according to Department of Immigration and Border Security.
