Key changes announced in MYEFO

The Turnbull government has confirmed it's axing Tony Abbott's Green Army.
The employment program was created as part of the Abbott government's Direct Action policy.
Finance Minister Mathias Cormann confirmed the termination when releasing the government's mid-year budget update.
The savings will help pay for a $100 million investment in Landcare, as part of an agreement struck with the Greens to win its vote for the controversial backpacker tax.
