NSW provides mutilingual resources regarding heatwave

Following an issue by the Bureau of Meteorology regarding a heatwave in New South Wales from January 15-19, NSW Health advises everyone to stay hydrated, keep cool, take care of others and have a plan.

NSW Health has issued the following reminder to everyone in the state:
 
Heat waves can cause illness, hospitalisations and sometimes death. It is important that everybody is aware of the signs and symptoms of heat-related illness in order to recognise and treat affected people promptly.
 
The best way to prevent heat-related illness is to drink plenty of water and to stay as cool as possible.
