From high school teacher in the Philippines to learning and training designer, Manila-born Rachelle Tulloch has spent nearly 20 years helping universities and organizations in Australia enhance training programs, develop talent, and build knowledge. I’m like a triple threat when it comes to learning. I work for universities, I help create subjects, workshops, training programs, but then, I’m also a trainer. I deliver workshops, trainings face-to-face but also online so I deliver trainings to the Philippines and I also write. I’m an instruction designer as well for e-learning and anything relating to learning.
