Chef Ross Magnaye at Chef JP Anglo's collab was set for the 2020 Melbourne Food and Wine, but before he could leave for Melbourne, the pandemic hit. After six years, it finally took place in Ross Magnaye's kitchen for the 2026 Melbourne Food and Wine.
