Today he is the Chef de Partie to one of Melbourne’s finest restaurants, Amaru. His dish, 'Sinigang” - Hapuka and tomato, calamansi and taro won him a place to compete in Milan for the grand for the international competition 2018 S Pellegrino Young Chef.
