Kid Camaya started playing volleyball in Pampanga and is now a coach and the founder of Volley Friends United Melbourne. For over 10 years, he has helped build a strong volleyball community while guiding players and sharing Filipino values on and off the court.

Key Points
  • Kid moved from Pampanga to Singapore to Melbourne and became a volleyball coach and founder of VFUM.
  • He coaches several teams in the Victorian State Program.
  • His coaching style involves using Filipino values like respect, discipline, teamwork, and pakikipagkapwa (humanity).

When I moved here I told myself that, being a Filipino is going to be my strength and not my limitation.
