Born in Ilocos Sur, Shirley Nield has dedicated more than three decades to nursing, guided by a lifelong commitment to caring for others with compassion and kindness. She began her career in the Philippines before moving to the United Kingdom in 1999, where she worked for 10 years. In 2009, she and her family relocated to Australia, where she has continued to serve with the same dedication to the profession.
