State of Calamity declared in Naga City

Naga City, Camarines Sur received the brunt of Typhoon Kristine, where a State of calamity was declared.


Key Points
  • Many parts of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao have been flooded as a result of Typhoon Kristine.
  • Southern and Northern parts of Luzon have been greatly affected, in particular the Bicol Region at Quezon Province.
  • Also affected are Isabela, Cagayan and Ilocos provinces and Batangas.
Typhoon Kristine is expected to leave the Philippine area of responsibility today, Friday.
