Jamie Briggs resigned from the frontbench after admitting to inappropriate behaviour towards the female public servant at a Hong Kong bar late last November.
Before and after her complaint was lodged, Mr Briggs shared a photo of the woman with some of his colleagues -- which has since been published by The Australian newspaper.
In this report, the opposition wants the incident investigated.
