Around the year 1948, their family started the lechon (roast pig) business. Nanay Ulcing, Jasper Javier's, is a grandchild of a lechon business in Talisay, Cebu.

Meanwhile, in Sydney, Jasper Javier and his wife Esa started the business in North Rocks last September, and today, Filipinos from around Sydney wanting to have Cebu lechon on their banquet patronise their products.
