Hindi lamang sa Pilipinas ramdam ang panawagan para sa pananagutan sa harap ng mga anomalya sa flood control projects at korapsyon. Sa New South Wales, ilang grupo ng mga migrante at manggagawa ang nagtipon sa Sydney Town Hall noong Setyembre 21 upang makiisa sa mga protesta sa bansa.
