New Caledonia at the crossroads was the event organised by the Lowy Institute in Sydney on Thursday, July 11, welcoming Mr. Daniel Goa, president of the Union Calédonienne, representing the independents. SBS French went to meet him to gather his opinions as the referendum on the independence of New Caledonia approaches.
