War child: One story of many victims

More than seven decades after the end of WW II, many German families still don't know the absolute truth about what happened to their families during those fateful years. German-born journalist Oliver Heuthe has just experienced a moment of truth in his family, when his great-aunt Margret Helms opened up about what happened to her and her mother on the eve of V-E day. She agreed that this personal story may be told on SBS Radio. Her story represents what so many children had to go through at the end of the war.
