Who killed Sydney students Tony and Chow? An SBS interactive feature

In 2003, two Sydney-based foreign students, Tony Tan and Chow Lyang Tay, were found dead. Ram Tiwary, the students’ flatmate, was charged and imprisoned for eight years. In 2012, he was acquitted of murder by the NSW Court of Criminal Appeal. The case remains unresolved until today. This feature explores the troubled homicide investigation.
