100 years after the questionable 'October Revolution'

This week, an important historic date passes and hardly anyone takes notice, just like 100 years ago. Back then, not many people were aware that Communists had ceased power in Russia, most didn't even know who this Lenin character was.

100 years after the October Revolution, many historians refrain from even calling it a revolution, instead, many use the term coup d'état. Journalist Oliver Heuthe takes a look back at the events that shaped the history of the world and at celebrations that aren't really happening this week.
