Dr Veronika Siebenkotten-Branca, tells us about her work as a gynaecologist in Sierra Leone. On her 14th mission with MSF - Doctor without Borders - she worked in a hospital there for three months. In the first part of the programme we heard an overview of the living situation of the people in this country, the health care system and the cooperation with the local staff. Today we are talking about what the situation is like in the hospital, what treatments she is able to perform, what site-specific problems arise and how to overcome them.
