Alzheimer's is the most common form of dementia. It is feared and loathed because it damages the brain and can't be reversed by medication or surgery. And the exact causes of Alzheimer's are still unknown.


In this 33rd episode of "Wellbeing now", we talk to Professor Dr Jörg Spitz, a medical expert from Germany.  He has good news for us: In many cases, he says, Alzheimer's can be prevented by leading a healthy lifestyle.
