Australian conductor and composer Jaret Choolun has made northern Germany his home for over 10 years. He led the "Northern Spirit" choir in Bremen, achieving remarkable successes across Europe. Overcoming language hurdles, Choolun now feels at home and even cherishes German folk songs. In an interview with SBS, he revealed how this unexpected love developed.
