Berthold Brecht Films at the GFF

There are two films on offer at the German Film Festival that deal with Berthold Brecht. One is the famous Threepenny Opera - the film runs on the closing day of the festival. And then there's another movie about Brecht “Mack the Knife”– about his person and his life. Wolfgang Mueller saw it and talked about it to Andrew Beattie, Senior Lecturer in German and European Studies afterwards.
