“Willkommen” (welcome) to the German Week! For the sixth time, Brisbane is the place for all things German. The German Week starts this year on the first of October. And since "Week" is a whopping nine days long, our Queensland correspondent Katharina Loesche caught up with Claudia Lüttringhaus to find out more about the extensive program. Claudia is Head of Consular Service of Professor Michael Rosemann in Brisbane and is co-organizer of the German Week. In cooperation with schools, universities, companies and numerous other organisations Brisbane showcases its educational, scientific, economic, political and cultural ties to Germany.
