Celebration and sorrow: Australia celebrates its national day

On 26 January Australia celebrated National Day. Many celebrated while others commemorated the negative effects of colonization. Also yesterday, the list of this year's Order and Badge recipients was announced and thousands of migrants celebrated their first day as new Australian citizens.
