Residents of Australia's Torres Strait Islands have filed a class action lawsuit against the Australian government. The islanders argue that the government is failing to prevent the destruction of their communities from climate change. They are calling for Australia to cut emissions by 74 percent by 2030 to save the islands from rising sea levels.
