Cane toads became pests after being introduced into Australia to control destructive beetles in Queenslands sugarcane crops. The hardy animals have expanded through Australias northern landscape and now they are now moving westward. Nothing seems to stop them.

Dr. Anna Pintor tells Wolfgang Mueller that female cane toads are attracted to deep Barry White style mating calls and can be successfully trapped.
