Emigrating together with the employer

German expatriate Joelle del Rio has been living in Australia for two years - and has managed to take her German job and employer with her to Australia. She managed the expansion of the German family business WEICON to Australia. She tells SBS how this came and what challenges she faced in her new, old job.
