A pretzel bakery in the west of Melbourne has made it its business to produce the perfect pretzel with great attention to detail. The catch is that the owners are Australian. We wanted to know whether this can work and watched closely while BrezelBiz owners Michael Santagati and Aleisha Bennett kneaded, rolled and baked.
