Erich Kästner, the Roaring Twenties and a new movie

Erich Kästner's book "Fabian: Going to the Dogs" has been turned into a movie and can be seen at the current German Film Festival. Leo Kretzenbacher from the University of Melbourne gives us an introduction, explains the dynamics of the Roaring Twenties and gives us an insight into Erich Kästner's thinking.
