Exchange student program Beckum-Sydney

Alexander Christ, a high school teacher at the German International School in Sydney invited me to meet some exchange students. A nice idea. When I arrived at the GISS, I was almost overwhelmed. There were 12 German and 12 Australian young men and women who were willing to talk about their experiences with the student exchanges. Also present were Rainer Siebels from the Albertus Magnus Gymnasium in Beckum and Yvonne Lambers from the comprehensive school Lengerich, who - together with Rainer - accompanied the group of German students here to Australia.
