For most Australians, German food is synonymous with Oktoberfest: Sausages, Sauerkraut and Brezn - baked bread with a twisted knot. But German cuisine, says Australian chef Ashley Davis, can be so much more. We visited the passionate globetrotter and his German-born partner in their German-Australian restaurant in Fitzroy, Melbourne.
