German cafe-restaurant in Tenterfield to give away

Christian Uhrig is something of a jack-of-all-trades. He is a project manager for infrastructure projects, organizes balloon flights and runs a café-restaurant with his wife Kirsten. He now wants to give the latter business away and is looking for suitable successors, perhaps Germans who want to build up an existence here in Australia. Barbara Barkhausen spoke to him and found out more about the new plans.
