Highly Gifted: Potential and Fate

Isnt it interesting, that gifted people often dont feel especially intelligent? Thats partly the case because they are frequently highly sensitive at the same time. That means, that they think and feel more than others. Because they have to work through all these extra experiences, they also sometimes suffer more and find it especially difficult to find a suitable career path. Andrea Schwiebert has written a book about this subject matter, called „Kluge Köpfe, krumme Wege? She talked to Trudi Latour about her approach to what she calls vocational coaching. We also hear from two women who learned to understand their own complicated personalities under this aspect and are now on their way to find better ways of dealing with their potential.
